Beinom is currently in pilot mode. This policy is a clear and simple explanation of how we handle data at this stage.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, login method.
• Room data: room id, role (guide/participant), display names.
• Technical diagnostics: device/browser data and logs needed to fix audio/video issues.

3. Consent to data processing

When you create a guide account, you agree that we may process the data above to run the service and support your sessions.

4. Why we use data

• To create and run rooms.
• To authenticate guide access.
• To improve reliability and fix bugs during the pilot.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers that host Beinom, and only as needed to run the service.

6. Storage period

We keep account and service data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after that to support security and recovery.
